Education is a mean of achieving, gaining and fostering knowledge to the students. Bachelor degree in Education is a one year regular course which facilitates the students with teaching skills and knowledge. This course develops a clear understanding of the Pshychology of their students and to enable them to understand the process of socialization. B.Ed. course also tends to develop teaching skills and capability of providing guidance and counselling to students. Besides this it enables the teacher to utilize community resources as educational inputs further facilitating them with educational needs and requirements for all groups of pupils. B.Ed. course helps in developing communication skills between the learner and the learned and to use modern information technology to innovate education with the global world.
The B.Ed. course has diverse applications in all spheres of life. It is perfectly a job oriented course in a sense that it guides and inculcates moral as well as spiritual values in students who prepare to become a teacher in their future lives.
